Thomas Grafton is a closer! For him, it's not the size of the commission but the thrill of the sale. Kearney Real Estate's motto, "Let's get you home!", takes on a twisted and darkly comedic tone in this short satirical sketch about tackling the housing situation head on.
The premiere of The Sale was at the Lake County Film Festival , and the international premiere took place at the International Comedy Short Film Festival in Vienna, AUSTRIA in June, 2009.
